These programmes are bespokely made to the needs of your business.
* Helping employees to return to the workplace.
* Improving physical health via fitness classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Hiit, Zumba and running/ walking clubs. This can be on site or via Teams.
* Improving health via screening consultations, which include blood pressure, blood cholesterol, uric acid levels and BMI. The reports of which are fed back to individuals and follow up advice and guidance provided.
* Nutrition consultations for on site catering. Integration of healthy eating to support improved productivity, improved immune systems and reduced sick leave.
* Counselling on mental health. Coming out of lockdown and the effects on health post lockdown.
